LYNK
Social media and a website built from scratch for premium mobility in Kuwait. A connected digital presence across content, campaigns and web.

Premium mobility starts before the ride
LYNK is a premium mobility service in Kuwait. Its promise centres on comfort, attention and journeys that fit the passenger’s schedule. Bringing that promise online required more than showing a fleet of cars: people needed to understand the experience before booking a ride.
The social channels and website were built from scratch. The challenge was to establish a recognisable presence, explain the service and guide a visitor from discovery to the app. Content also had to work clearly in English and Arabic without losing its premium character.

Make the experience tangible
The creative approach joined brand perception with practical intent. An image should make the service desirable; a short message should explain when and why to choose LYNK. Those two jobs shaped the art direction across the project.
Passengers, vehicle interiors and Kuwait locations place the brand in real moments of use. Airport pickups, hotel transfers and everyday journeys became content themes. That gave the identity room to speak about convenience and quality without repeating the same claim in every post.

One voice across formats
We carried the existing identity into a content system built on striking imagery, clear type hierarchy and concise copy. Posts, Stories and advertising assets share a visual direction but change their composition to suit the format and objective.
The vertical Stories focus on specific services, from the airport to the app itself. Bilingual pieces leave room for both languages while keeping the message readable. Recognition comes from consistent decisions about image, contrast and tone rather than a single repeating template.

From content to download
The responsive website became an owned touchpoint for the brand. It presents LYNK, explains its proposition and makes the route to the app stores clear. Its visual direction continues the passenger-led story established across social content and campaigns.
Social media, Meta Ads and the website form one journey: discover the brand, understand the service and take action. Each channel has a different task, but the promise and visual language remain connected. This foundation can support new messages as the service grows.

A connected digital presence
The project established a connected digital presence across social media, campaigns and the website, with one creative direction supporting the brand as it grows.
The design lesson is the relationship between aspiration and utility: show how a premium journey feels, then make the service and next step easy to understand. That balance connects the pieces throughout this case.
